SUMMARY
销售培训师岗位,通过执行GOCLEAR课堂和区域随访培训,协调支持临床及产品知识培训并在PDM中进行落地训练,设计优化PDM培训的Topic和能力Model,定期组织销售技能竞赛等方式,促进PDM销售综合能力的持续提升
The Sales trainer will continuously promote the comprehensive abilities of PDM,
by implement the Class training of GOCLEAR and field co-visit training ,by coordinate clinic and marketing knowledge training and carry out their productivity, by design training topic for PDM training and organize sales skill competition regularly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
课堂培训
Class training for GOCLEAR
根据HR的新员工培训安排,完成Goclear的课堂一期培训和评估
According to NHO plan, carry out training and evaluation for GOCLEAR class training phase I
根据PDM能力模型的要求,对PDM所需达到的临床知识、内外部流程、市场知识进行各种形式的测评
Organizing examination for clinic Knowledge /invisalign processe/Marketing Knowledge,according to the ability model of PDM
强化Goclear的区域随访和培训
每季度末,和销售经理及SFE经理沟通确定下一季度区域随访计划,区域随访时间不小于70%;
完成区域随访和随访报告
定期跟进随访PDM的能力和绩效表现,达成KPI
根据销售队伍需求,安排和执行区域范围的主题培训和能力强化类训练
Implement field co-visit and training to enhance the GOCLEAR practice level of PDM
By the end of per Quarter , submit quarter co-visit plan base on communication with SFE Manager and Sales Managers, Time dedicated to co-visit and filed training should not be less than 70% of total work time
Carry out field co-visit and make co-visit feedback report
Regularly follow up performance and competence of the PDM who had been co-visited with to achieve their KPIs
Organize specific training according to the need from Sales force
协助SFE 经理设计和优化PDM培训课程
根据公司要求,协助China SFE mgr.与临床部和市场部合作,完成PDM专业能力课程设计和优化;
跨部门培训配合和支持
根据公司产品上市和推进计划,结合临床部和市场部需求,完成临床部和市场部有关销售工具的落地训练和测试评估
Support SFE manager to Design and optimize training topic for PDM
According to company requirement, support China SFE manager to design the curriculum of PDM’s professional abilities
Crossing division support and cooperation
Carry out practice for clinic and marketing updated information along with production launch plan
销售技能阶段竞赛的组织
Organize the competition of sales skill
在公司内部会议上,计划、组织、实施和总结评估销售人员的技能竞赛,以促进PDM的实战专业能力的持续提高;包括,考试项目、内容和考评标准、人员分工和落实、赛后的总结报告等
Plan\organize\implement and summarize the competition ,in order to continuously promote the professional practice level of comprehensive sales skill ,including subject/content/criterion/division of labor and follow up/summary after examination
Reinforce usage and adoption of GoClear and SFDC
Work with China SFE manager to Launch, implement and training project from APAC or Global headquarter , use GoClear processes with SFDC as tool to monitor, track and capture key information

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree, major in medical stomatology口腔
At least 2 years working experience in sales and sales management
At least 2 years training experience
Training experience in dental is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication skills so as to work with cross function teams to achieve company goals.
Superior planning, project management and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal communication
Customer focused and result oriented with high level of integrity
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Excellent presentation skills and leadership
WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS
The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm.
