职位描述：

? Delivering insured and non-insured benefits to employees in all ASIA-Pac countries that are cost effective and support the business aims of attracting, motivating and retaining talented employees
? Monitoring compliance with local tax and other relevant legislation and escalating/reporting situations where non-compliance comes to light
? Subject matter expert and principle contact for benefits for local management, HR Partners, Payroll, Finance, Compliance and others
? Subject matter expert for benefits as required for Global Projects, e.g. Acquisitions, Payroll and pay projects, Cars and car allowances project
? Integral member of Global Benefits Team that develops and delivers annual benefits budget
? Local relationship management with Aon Global Benefits Team

Years of experience in the job discipline 7 years
Years of experience in other professional roles 10 years

Detail level analytical work where a high degree of time management and discipline has been required
