职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for mining, analyzing, integrating customers’ needs, functions, qualities and interfaces of our products as well as maintaining related documents.

2. Customize the products to fulfill user behavior.

3. Help to finish general designs on the basis of needs and refine the design with our teams.

4. Promote, control and coordinate the development of products.

5. Analyze related competitive products, trace the latest trends and submit analysis reports.

6. Launch/re-launch products to meet local consumer, customer and regulatory needs.

7. Drive product/pack innovation agenda for the brand develop national initiatives and ensure programs meet the needs of major trade channels.



Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years adequate job experience、 knowledge of sales and competition in the market.

2. Must be familiar with users’ behavior， TV industry or related experience is preferred.

3. Must be good at communication, coordination and able to work independently.
