1. Responsible for receptionist and telephone transform
2. Fax receiving , paper printing, sending and receiving the emails, newspapers and files
3. Arranging and coordinating the meeting schedule, booking the hotel and train tickets
4. Responsible for booking water tickets, newspaper, express delivery letter and keep in touch with the express company
5. Responsible for the other task of bussiness trip by other superviser
6. Check flight tickets, express bill list monthly
7. Responsible for new comer’s on boarding procedure
8. Update foreigner’s working permit and residence permit
9. Organize teambuilding activity and annual dinner
10. Responsible for other tasked by your manager
JR:
1. College degree or above
2. 1+ year experience in Admin or Hr work
3. Good English
4. Motivited and easygoing, standard mandarin and nice voice
5. Have good command of mircosofte office system
6. Learning and adapting to new surrounding quickly, with positive working attitude and can complete the work under pressure

2. 收发传真,复印文档,收发信件、报刊、文件等;
3. 受理会议室预约,协调会议时间,预订酒店及车票等
4. 负责订水、订报,信件、包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系;
5. 负责各级主管交办出差安排等各项工作;
6. 每月核对机票,快递账单明细等
7. 办理新员工入职手续
8. 办理外籍人员就业证及居留许可证延期
9. 组织协调公司员工活动及年会
10. 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作

1. 专科学历以上
2.1年以上人事行政工作经验
3.具备较好英语口语能力;
4.性格开朗、积极,形象气质佳,普通话标准,声音甜美
5.熟练操作各类办公设备及办公软件;
6.学习能力强,适应快速发展的工作环境,工作积极主动,能在压力下完成任务
