职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责公司模具的维修和模具改善，连续冲压模、挤压成型模的调试；

2、修理机器故障、模具夹具、工装和生产设备，使尺寸符合图纸公差，与维修工程师一起进行设备维护；

3、判断模具故障的原因；

4、能在较难的模具间操作，并开展工作；

5、定位并操作模具间的所有机器，比如车床、压轧机、钻床、表面磨光机和圆形磨光机；

6、协助建立设备的工艺，并根据公司要求确保产量；

7、建议设备必要的维修和维护，以实现高效、安全和优质；

8、会钳工工作，能读懂图纸，会使用精密测量工具（英制和公制）；

9、按要求提供模具和压铸工的培训；

10、认真执行所有的安全预防措施和程序。

岗位要求：

1、高中以上学历，良好的沟通能力；

2、充分理解冲压原理，熟练的冲模维护和调试经验，3-5年以上冲压模具维护和调试经验；

3、充分了解机械原理，有基本的电气知识，熟悉液压及气压系统知识；

4、具备翅片模具维护及调试经验者优先；

5、适应倒班，服从安排，勤劳踏实;

6、积极学习，主动沟通，吃苦耐劳；

7、工作积极，负责人，服从上级的工作安排。
