Job Description

1. Check payment voucher for expense reimbursement, ensure all payment are in line with company guideline.
2. Input cash voucher to Kingdee system in time after verification.
3. Be responsible for handing bank payment, collect and ensure the completeness and validity of supporting documents.
4. Assist sales acounting related issue, the scope include:
(a) issue official VAT invoices, send invoices to customers;
(b) follow up the outstanding invoices for account receivable, coordinate with Sales responsible or customers when necessary.
5. Other ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor.
