职位描述：
? Maintain 24/7 Plant manufacturing operations. Focus on safe, efficient, reliable maintenance and operation of equipment to produce quality products, meet OEE and Unplanned downtime
? Define and update maintenance WI, ETS, PM task list, Troubleshooting guide, LOTO procedures
? Equipment problem solving leadership (support for the maintenance team on the problem solving)
? Equipment improvement projects
? Main contact for equipment suppliers (for technical support / etc.)
? Controls (PLC / robot /etc.) troubleshoot and improvement
? Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and improve equipment reliability to meet KPI and OEE for all equipment
? Responding to equipment faults; diagnosing breakdown problems; dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
? Lead installation and commissioning of new equipment utilities prior to receiving the equipment
? Process purchase requisitions for materials explaining the specific needs need to outside vendors, the tool room, or other sources to assure the build/repair of required tools, fixtures, equipment.
? Constantly seek to improve processes by developing awareness of state of the art systems, improving maintenance practices to generate cost savings related to the manufacturing processes.
? Works with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues to provide the best maintenance practices, and keeps Maintenance Supervisor abreast of the status of established projects.
? Select and train employees to develop competency, maintain their skill or craft (people skill develop)
? Coordinates lockout tagout program for all authorized personnel 举报 分享
