职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the team vendor facing critical path management for all allocated orders including
2. Lead weekly production meeting to ensure team clear with order status and transparency across the company on critical tasks
3. Liaise with head office to ensure the flow of the information are timely and consistent
4. Ensure the maintenance of the systems is up-to-date
5. Briefing and Costing Sessions
6. Ensure the costing information is clearly communicated to the vendors
7. Provide reference samples, historical information and translate to the buying team
8. Accountable for the vendor negotiation on variation and responsible for ensure the outcome meets brands’ expectation
9. Create and maintain vendor contracts accurately and timely
10. Follow up with vendors on costings and fabric souring from the Sydney design department
11. Identify and report potential issues or concerns on factory capabilities/capacities to line manager
12. Ensure accurate information pass to QC for inspection arrangement and liaise with QC department closely to track inspection progress and manage vendor delays
13. Liaise with Logistic department to track and manage vendor shipment booking
14. Establish vendor relationship with regular factory visits to resolve issues on site and to address potential vendor concerns


Requirements

1. Over 8 years merchandising experience in garment field
2. Good knowledge about garments technological process
3. Fluent in English languages (both: written and speaking)
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skill
5. Self-motivated, excellent time management
6. Detail oriented
7. Advanced Excel skills
