职位描述：
Purpose: The job holder takes responsibilities of branch’s project management & development,

Main Responsibilities:
- Shaping Branch’s projects’ development strategies & planning
- Shaping Branch’s projects’ budgeting planning, supervise functions’ development strategies & planning, take full responsibilities to achieve branch’s P&L targets
- Deploy, localize & implement Group’s policies, manage & develop local policies which are against Group’s instruction
- Take full responsibilities of all projects operations, handle team/people issues
- Establish &manage effective organization & team
- Supervise & motive, appraisal people
- Establish good branch environment & team working

Capabilities:
- Have a sound understanding of business management both at a more strategic level as well as on day to day basis
- Leadership ability
- Understanding of both Western and Chinese culture
- Positive attitude and able to inject enthusiasm to the team and motivate the team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analysis sense, good in problem solving and conflict management
- Customer focused and result oriented
- Solid project management skills
- Agile knowledge

Qualifications:
- Experience in game or outsourcing business is an added value
- Good understanding of game/art knowledge
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business management degree
- Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin, Knowledge of French is a plus 举报 分享
