职位描述：
职责：
1. 新产品的开发，项目管理（一直跟进到新产品发布）
-与市场部确定新产品的规格要求
-评估和选择最合适的供应商
-与R&D部门和供应商一起管理和跟踪项目
-负责与相关部门的规划与沟通
-协调内部测试和第三方认证
-准备与供应商的合作合同
-协助市场部准备相关的产品资料

2. 管理产品技术文件：
-BOM，规格书 和 验货标准制定
-确保团队需要的所有文件都准备好
-及时更新文件

3. 技术支持：
-给市场部和销售部技术支持
-针对特殊项目与OEM客户保持交流

要求：
-3年以上照明行业工作经验
-工程管理专业：电子或者照明专业更佳
-如果非以上专业，有相关的工作经验也可
-需有好的英文书写能力和普通话
-需能使用技术软件和办公软件


RESPONSABILITIES
New product development, manage projects from brief to product release:
? Define product technical requirements with marketing
? Evaluate and select most suitable subcontractor
? Manage and follow projects with R&D and subcontractors
? Responsible for scheduling and communicating progress to relevant department
? Coordinate internal testing and 3rd party certification
? Prepare and arrange all contractual agreement with subcontractor
? Coordinate marketing material creation with marketing department


· Manage product technical files:
? BOM, Specifications, and Inspection requirements
? Ensure all files are available to the team
? Update files as needed


· Technical support
? Provide technical support to marketing and sales team
? Communicate with OEM customers for specific projects

REQUIREMENTS
· 3 years’ work experience in lighting
· Degree in engineering: Major in Electronic or lighting a plus
· Non engineering degree will be considered if relevant experience
· Good level of written English, Native Mandarin
· Good command of technical software and Microsoft office suite 举报 分享
