主要职责：

1、开拓各类电子产品终端客户或者代工厂客户，及关系维护

2、推广代理线产品，客户新产品，新项目的跟踪。

代理产品集中在OMRON电子部件、新能源、开关、 保险丝、电感及充电桩等

3、为全球电子产品制造商提供各类生产紧缺的电子元器件（开关、电子、电容、电阻、继电器等）以及向客户推荐降低电子元器件采购成本方案，帮助客户处理多余库存

4、完成公司要求的各类报告,包括客户拜访报告,行动日报,销售月报等

5、同公司内部采购专员有效沟通，以处理好客户的各类元器件需求、报价、订单、交货及货款回收整套销售流程。

6、每天定时在公司自有的各个网络平台上发布公司产品信息

岗位薪水：底薪+提成（不设上限），公司有销售人员年平均收入达10万以上

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销或电子专业优先；

2.英文熟练，普通话标准；

3.具备电子元器件行业销售经验至少3年（无经验者请勿投递）；

4.具备高效的沟通能力和人际理解力

5.熟悉MS Office相关软件(Excel,Word,Powerpoint...)

6.有渠道资源者优先

Responsibility:

- Manage the designated accounts in assigned products and area.

- Establish, maintain and develop business, relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to achieve sales target.

- Responsible for new programs designs, obtain second source approvals and close follow-up on new business opportunities.

- Provide reports on the customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential for new products/services.

- Development of dedicated market base on the strategy of the department and company.

- Undertake a range of business development to drive new industry with forecasting the potential market volume and find target clients.

- Find new application area with target markets and target customers to expand potential sales and market share.

- Work with multi-disciplinary team to develop ideal solutions as per the business need of the prospect or market.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above. Major in double E is preferred.

- Fluent English both in speaking and writing.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales/FAE/Product Marketing for electronic components is required. Good knowledge about sensor is preferred.

- Experience in design-in activities, new market development and distributor management is required.

- Aggressive, independent, and hard working. Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, innovative, service-oriented & well-organized.

- Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill & project management skill.

- Strong presentation skill

- Systematic thinking & strong problem solving skill.

- Deep industry knowledge and sense of end products market & new technologies besides electric components.

- Quick learning ability to adapt for the company’s request for new market.
