职位描述：
Major Responsibilities

1. Scheduling Function

- Take lead to issue the monthly production plan and capacity utilization according to the projects on hand/forecast/manpower and equipment running status.

- Track project execution and highlight problems to related departments, ensure good delivered on time.

- Take lead to update production plan according to the material status/design problems/capacity and customer requirement.

- Take lead to arrange and issue shop floor weekly/daily production plan.

- Hold weekly schedule review meeting and highlight delivery risk in advance for key projects

- Create rework/tooling/revamp orders in SAP. Release production orders in SAP.

2. Facility Function

- Create facility annual maintenance plan and monthly checking list

- Take lead to finish all facility maintenance and repair work according to facility maintenance plan.

- Take lead to deal with and finish all urgent facility repairing application from other departments

3. Construction Function

- General contractor, sub-contractors and design institute coordination for SCW relocation project

- Company license change & management

- Construction and facility related documentation

- Construction projects government approvals and internal departments communication to push project progress


Education, Qualifications and Skills

？Bachelor degree above, more than 8 years working experience in MNC, prefer machinery industry; at least 2 years managerial experience

？With solid shop floor planning knowledge, with facility and construction experience is a plus

Logic thinking, strong analysis skill

Good command of Excel, familiar with SAP

Good at both oral and written English
