职位描述：
Main Task 主要职责：
1. Support electrical component localization, e.g. sensors, cables, electric box etc. 为二冲程发动机电气部件的本土化提供支持，如：传感器、电缆、电气箱等。
2. Support/set up supplier selection criteria and evaluation of new suppliers 建立相关供应商的选择标准且为此提供支持，并对新供应商进行评估
3. Develop suppliers for electrical components, support supplier approval process, perform supplier audit as required 开发电气部件的供应商，在供应商资格认证流程中提供支持，根据要求进行供应商审核
4. Design and implement prototype test, collect feedbacks, set up improvement plan 设计并进行样机测试，收集反馈信息，并提出改进计划
5. Support design expert towards manufacturing friendly design, provide feedbacks from suppliers/licensees to WinGD CH 为总部设计专家作出更便于制造的设计提供支持，反馈供应商或专利厂的意见
6. Quality issue investigation and improvement plan set up 调查质量问题，并提出改进计划
7. Cost evaluation & optimization on eletric componnents 评估并优化电气部件的成本
8. Support warranty cases, carry out failure analysis, contribute to warranty cost reduction 为质保提供支持，进行失效分析，以期降低质保成本

Education 教育背景
Master degree in mechatronics major (emphasis on electrical engineering) or equivalent 硕士，机电一体化专业 （偏重电子工程）或类似

Experience工作经历
? Min. 10 years work experience in electrical field, familiar with sensors, hardware, etc. including hardware development, manufacturing and testing 至少10年相关工作经验，熟悉传感器，等硬件；包括相关硬件的开发、制造和测试
? Experience in designing industrial electrical installations 有工业电气的设计和安装经验
? additional mechanical engineering work experience highly desirable 同时另有机械工程工作经历优先考虑
? Global company work experience as a plus 有跨国公司工作经历的更佳
