职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责音乐课程的教学工作、实施听课、授课计划、保证教学质量，参与教学评议等；
2、负责协助举办的各种演出及其他活动；

岗位要求：
1、音乐院校本科以上学历，主修音乐教育等相关专业。
2、语言表达能力较好，有亲和力，有责任心，具备团队合作意识。
3、热爱教学工作，打算长期从事并愿意付出努力。
4、 对于学员的学习情况和家长保持积极的沟通，完成学员学习成长纪录，总结教学经验
5、 教学教具设备维护管理
6、能够适应非周末休息

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. be responsible for piano teaching (including experience lesson, one-to-one or one-to-many teaching)
2. make the teaching plan, guarantee the teaching quality and do the teaching comment as well as summarize the teaching experience
3. keep an active communication with the parents about students’ learning situation and help complete the students’ growth record
4. manage to maintain the teaching aids and equipment
5. assist various performances and activities held by the director

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. have the piano performing and teaching level (including the graduates)
2. have certain teaching experience, especially those with preschool education
3. have a good communicational skills and team work spirit
4. be active and open as well as easy-going and responsible
5. be good at catching children’s attention and guiding their activity
6. be adapted to work on weekends
