GENERAL FUNCTION:
Luxottica is seeking an experienced SAP Data Services and Business Objects support analyst , to support Luxottica retail analytics dashboard.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support resource for APAC LRA reporting application.
? Handle requests for break fix and minor enhancements to SAP Data Services and Business Objects functions.
? Ability to debug production incidents using database access and other tools
? Work with local team and international teams for trouble shooting various of causes led to the dashboard issues
? cover both BO/DS and Admin to be able also to partner with team members on the admin part
REQUIRED Technical SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
? Windows
? SAP Data Services 4
? SAP Business Objects
? SQL (preferably Oracle)
DESIRED Technical SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
? SAP BO Dashboard
? SAP BW
? Microsoft Excel
? Any ETL Tools
? Control M (or other Scheduling tool)
? SAP Retail ECC/PI
? SAP POSDM and Master Data
? Netezza Database
? Linux / Unix
EDUCATION:
? Bachelor’s degree in related field required
? Fluent with business level English both orally and written
EXPERIENCE:
? 3+ years of related/solid BO/DS experience required
? Retail / Wholesale /FMCG related experience preferred
? Supervisory experience preferred
? MNC / offshore working experience preferred
? Experience communicating by phone and with customers collecting requirements and implementation details, implementing solutions, and providing technical support
? Able to travel internationally as required
? Ability to work independently
