职位描述：
Business impact of this role:
1) Responsible for daily recruitment activities which including job posting, resume screening, interview schedule, candidate interview and offering etc.
2) Assisting HR Manager to maintain and develop current recruitment channels.
3) Assisting HR Manager on establishing and implementing recruiting process, report format, tools, interviewer training etc for each BU in LWT China.
4) Assisting HR Manager on daily office admin working.
5) Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Business/Work Complexity:
Job has general practices established, within which frequent interpretations are required.

Knowledge + skills + abilities + behaviors required for the job
1) 2-4 years in Human Resource Management, while at least 2 year in recruiting function.
2) Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
3) Good at (written and oral) English.
4) Good communication skill, team spirit, organizing and coordination.
5) Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and enthusiasm, inclusive.
6) Good ability for planning, logical thinking, priority setting.
7) Quick action and good implementation.
