Job Description
As a member of the Asia Service Desk, provide internal technical support for 15+ locations throughout Asia. You will mainly be a point of contact for IT related issues for approximately 200 employees based in China, Malaysia and Singapore. This includes vendor management in China. Qualifications
- You have great communication skills.
- You know how to work independently and are self-motivating.
- You work in a structured manner, are able to follow the corporate IT guidelines and policies and know how to prioritize and follow up on tasks.
- You understand multicultural environments.
- You can communicate well with all kinds of people at different levels in the organization.

- You have experience as a 1st level IT user support.
- You have good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, and you have previously worked with client hardware errors and problems (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).
- You have basic server and network knowledge
- Experience in configuration of client hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices).

- Knowledge of Service Desk work with ITIL concepts will be an advantage, as we have implemented Service Desk and Incident Management.
- Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell and/or SharePoint design are strong advantages.
