ISM Manager
Responsibilities
1.Lead the ISM & Tele-sales team to provide the whole process of sales support to the sales department and customers. The responsibility of the team members was as below:
①. Provide the quoted price and prepare the contract, review the contract then make sure the signing process.
②. Monitor the delivery and invoice status.
③. Provide support to sales from placing order to factory, arrange PDI and delivery to issue invoice to customers.
2.Monitor the tele-sales team to complete their sales performance.
3.Monitor and optimize rental business process and set up SOP to achieve rental sales targets.
4.Responsible for information collection and data analysis, find potential opportunities and risks and provide the constructive advice to higher management.
5.Cross - department communication to quickly and efficiently solve the problem.
6.Regularly review with sales department, finance department, after-sales department and KA department for better cooperation.
7.Monitor inventory and maintain a reasonable quantity.
8.Monitor SAP system and deliver related training to team members.
9.Manage the ISM & Tele-sales team and provide guidance, advice and support to subordinates.
10.Establish the departmental work plans, control the budget and expense.
Profile of Candidate
1.Full-time Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 8 years of relevant working experience, at least 3 years’ management skill;
3.Has work experience in multinational company is preferred.
4.Solid SAP skill is MUST;
5.Solid PPT and Excel-knowledge;
6.Fluent in English (Oral & Written);
7.Strong leadership skills, able to work in matrix organization;
8.Work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands;
9.Good communication skills.

1.引领ISM和tele sales团队,为销售部门及客户提供全过程的销售支持服务,指导团队进行以下工作:

?③. 响应销售团队及客户随时提出的各类问题或需求,并寻找解决方案
2.Tele sales 团队的销售业务完成情况

4.负责部门的信息采集与数据分析,发掘潜在机会与风险,向高层管理者汇报并提供有建设性的意见。

6.与销售部、财务部沟通,以按时回收账款,以提供高质量的客户服务,并推动问题得以解决:
7.监控库存,保持合理数量并及时增减。
8.作为SAP系统工具的Key User,监控部门员工录入的数据信息,并确保精确。以及实施对团队成员的系统培训。
9.管理并带领ISM和tele sales团队,为下属提供指导、建议和支持。
10.制定部门工作计划,并管控预算与费用。
任职要求
1.全日制本科及以上学历;
2.8年以上销售运营工作经验,其中必须包括3年以上团队管理经验;
3.跨国公司工作经验者优先;
4.必须熟练使用SAP系统;
5.熟悉使用PPT,Excel等Office软件;
6.英语口语流利;
7.优秀的领导能力,能够在多级别组织中工作;
8.能够独立有效处理多项复杂任务,适应快节奏,具有竞争力的工作环境;
