.1 Job Description:

(1). Answer enquiries and offer help to customers through phone calls on air travels;
(2). Make reservations and issue air tickets over the phone;
(3). Handle walk-in passengers or travel agents on reservation/ticketing issues at the ticketing counter.
(4). Assume any other duties as assigned.

.2 Requirements:

(1). Minimum Diploma or University Graduate relevant customer service experience preferred.
(2). Proficient in oral, written English and PC application.
(3). Willing to work on call for emergencies or when necessary, i.e. flight delay, diversion and crisis etc.
(4). Good team player, patient, mature and attuned to quality customer service;
(5). Communication skills and fast learning ability;
