Job description 岗位描述

1. Production line investment estimationfor new project, as a core team member in the project, Lead and keep track ofequipment(Mainly testing machine) build up process which involves, technicalrequirements bringing out, line capacity and layout planning, equipment finalacceptance test, monitoring the equipment projects under the project timeschedule.

   新项目生产线的投资估算，作为项目中的一个核心成员，领导和跟踪设备(主要测试设备)制造，工艺要求：提出技术要求，产线能力和布局规划，设备最终验收测试，监控设备在项目中的进度

2. Work with internal / externalequipment manufacturers or testing expert to improve current testing processand development.

   与内部/外部设备制造商或测试专家一起改善目前的测试工艺及开发

3. Study test equipment specification toidentify the functionality of test equipment, to ensure optimum test performance,to minimum test time, and to make sure the efficiency of test process.

   研究测试设备测试规范,确定测试设备的功能，确保***测试性能、最小测试时间和有效的测试方法；

4. Support project manager to get quoteof test equipment for investment budget in project acquisition phase.

   项目报价阶段，提供测试设备报价，用于项目投资预算；

5. Facilitate the activities of studyingtest equipment quotation based on agreed test strategies and specifications.Evaluate and source test equipment suppliers in terms of technical capability,price, lead-time and quality.

   根据商定的测试策略和规范，研究测试设备报价单；在技术能力、价格、交货期和质量方面对供应商进行评估；

6. Trigger Purchase Request Form andfollow up the Purchase Order approval process. 填写购买申请订单，跟踪订购单的审批流程；

7. Tracking test equipment timing plansto ensure the delivery time of test equipment meet project milestone.

   跟踪测试设备开发的时间计划，以确保测试设备的交货时间满足项目的进度；

8. Conduct acceptance verification testwhen the test equipments are available in production line.

   在生产线验收测试设备，确保测试设备的功能及可靠性；

9. Optimize and improve the performanceof test equipment to achieve the goal of cycle time, FPY and down timerequirements.

   优化和提高测试设备性能以达到设备要求的周期时间、合格率和停机时间等指标；

10. Calibration, measurement systemanalysis, risk assessment, maintenance schedule, spare parts.

    负责新设备的校准、系统分析，风险评估，保养计划及零部件清单。

11. Understand new product technicalspecification. According customer demands, analyze production capacity and makeequipment delivery schedule.

    了解新项目的产品技术规范，客户产量要求，产能分析和时间节点要求

    Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelordegree or above in electronics engineering or equivalent academic credentials.

   本科及以上学历，电子工程及其相关专业毕业；

2. Fluent inEnglish and Chinese

   良好的中英文语言能力：

3. Automotive electronic productknowledge

   具有汽车电子产品知识

4. Familiar with manufacturing process,experience in production test equipment and project management

   熟悉制造工艺，具有生产测试设备和项目管理的经验；

5. Knowledge of In-Circuit Test,Functional Test and Flash Station

   有ICT测试、功能测试和程序烧录的知识；

6. Atleast 3 years’ experience in manufacture testing in automotive industries.

   至少3年以上汽车制造行业测试经验；

7. Goodteam player and good communication skill

   良好的团队合作能力及沟通能力

8. Can work independently to lead the newproduction line set up.

   能独立工作的领导新生产线的建立。

9. Labwindows CVI knowledge is plus

   有CVI知识的优先考虑。

10. Aeroflex ICT experience is plus

    有AeroflexICT经验的优先考虑。
