为维克多中国的上海和北京办公室提供本地的IT支持
管理本地IT团队
1.2.2 任务和职能
本地IT用户基础设施（设备，硬件和软件）的管理和进一步发展
本地技术支持及跟踪技术难题
参与改进本地IT项目的流程
确保IT系统的正常运行（包括电话和其他设备）
如需要，支持技术部门IT系统
如需要，支持亚太地区IT团队工作
协助Vector 德国总部ADP部门工作


1.3 基本技能 / 工作经验
至少2年以上IT领域的专业经验
有IT方面的培训经历或者类似资格证书
有IT管理方面的经验，熟练运用办公软件（Windows, office，Exchange，SharePoint）
有虚拟机以及网络部件（路由器， 交换机以及无线设备）的基本经验
具有服务意识，团队意识及沟通技能
优秀的英语及普通话水平

Job description

1.1 Goals
Provide IT local support for Vector Shanghai and Beijing Office
Management of local IT team

1.2 Tasks and Responsibilities
Administration and further development of the IT user infrastructure (devices, hardware and software)
Tracking technical challenging issues on the 1st -level support
Participation in local projects and process improvement
Ensure the smooth operation of the IT system (including communication and media infrastructure)
Support the Eastern Asia IT teams if necessary
Coordinate with Vector Headquarter ADP department
Support product line specific IT systems if necessary

1.3 Essential skills / experience
At least 2 years working experience in IT field
Successfully completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the IT administration of the popular Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Exchange, SharePoint)
Basic experiences on VMWare and network components (routers/Switches/wifi)
Strong service orientation, as well as team and communication skills
Very good knowledge of English and Mandarin 举报 分享
