Description this position is responsible for managing the Design Services and Branding Department, developing and consolidating a strong and identifiable corporate branding image and developing and executing branding strategies to exploit market opportunities while providing full design and procurement services to support the Atlanta headquarters and business units in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe; working with business unit and marketing leaders to understand their needs and then overseeing the design work and sourcing in Asia; providing a one-stop solution for all creative needs, offering seamless, integrated and exceptional design service.

·Responsible for creatively articulating the Superior Essex brand and actualizing the brand across all design mediums

·Supervise and inspire the creative team and external talent (photographers, illustrators, design firms, ad agencies)

·Conceptualize, design, prepare and produce corporate presentation materials

·Produce and manage collateral materials for company

·Assist with the implementation and management of the company's brand guidelines

·Serve as supplementary contact for all internal and external requests for corporate images, logos, etc.

·Manage staff on prioritization and execution of assignments across a variety of department requests

·Ensure a smooth workflow and allocate creative resources within department and project budgets

·Lead and provide design production of projects from high profile projects to small everyday assignments

·Maintain a quality creative and design presence; be a creative ambassador for the company

·Complete other duties as assigned

·Occasional travel for photo shoots, conferences and / or meetings.

Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a creative agency, marketing or communications environment, includes at least 3 years of management experience.

·Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

·Strong design skills such as typography, color and composition. Must have the ability to effectively present ideas both verbally and visually

·Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, thorough and detailed. Must be able to manage a project from start to finish, meet deadlines, manage time effectively and stay within a budget

·Strong problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·Strong leadership skills; be a sound decision maker and able to manage a creative team

·Proficient in industry standard software, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·Understanding of web usability principles

·Professional appearance and demeanor

·Willing to work extended hours and have the flexibility to do so on short notice

·Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
