职位描述：
Job Responsibilities :

- Is accountable for respect of work and performance standards for several APT;
- In case a detection problem cannot be solved by the APT, assigns and checks containment and corrective actions with APU support functions.
- Ensure enforcement of employment, environmental health and safety rules;
- Validates operators working time;
- Is accountable for improvement of QCDM performances for his/her APTs;
- Defines work standards with the help of support functions and operators(leads workshops, pb solving)
- Leads QCDM improvement plans;
- Liaises with support functions to facilitate improvement actions within the APTs;
- Develops team autonomy with flexibility and multi-skill development plans;
- Leads operators’ appraisal review, salary review and career review.

Job Requirements:
- Graduated in college degree;
- At least 5-year related work experience in Automotive Electronic Industry;
- High team work sporit;
- Can work under press;
- Know about Lean Process;
- Good communicate skill and spoken English 举报 分享
