职位描述
1. 通信、电子类及相关专业本科及以上学历，五年以上工作经验；
2. 可以熟练的使用英语进行工作（读、写能力）；。
3. 熟悉模拟、数字电路，熟悉移动通信的基本原理和相关知识，熟悉DMR（Digital Mobile Radio），DPMR系统者优先；
4. 具有通讯产品硬件电路设计经验；熟悉通讯产品的基带或射频电路设计；
5. 有过PCB Layout经验，设计过高速pcb，对电磁兼容、电磁干扰及信号完整性有了解；
6. 熟练使用相关的EDA软件，并能根据硬件需求进行设计和调试硬件电路；
7. 有无线手持终端的大规模生产及测试经验。
