主要工作职责：
1、合理安排总经理每天的日程安排及每天的工作计划；
2、会议的安排、记录及后续跟进；

3、向公司各部门传达总经理指示，按总经理的指示进行相关的内部、外部协调工作；
4、根据总经理指示起草各种文稿、资料、并进行文档的整理；
5、协助处理行政事务、公司各种活动及与总经理有关的其他事宜；
6、灵活妥善地应对各种突发事情，圆满完成总经理交办的其他工作任务；
7、负责重要客户来信、来访的接待工作。

任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，工科或行政管理、企业管理、文秘等相关专业毕业；
2、类熟练掌握Word、Excel、PowerPoint等常用计算机软件的操作及办公自动化设备；
3、具有团队协作能力，良好的语言表达能力和人际沟通技巧，思维清晰，反映敏捷，具有较强的自律性和责任心；
4、具有较强的文笔、语言表达能力及协调能力；
5、具有接待工作经验，熟悉办公室服务规范和礼仪；
6、做事积极主动、耐心细致，具有高度的责任心及良好的服务意识；
7、性格开朗，具有团队精神，具有较好的沟通、协调和学习能力；
8、英语六级以上，口语流利。
