职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责安排管理房屋的清洁、维修、网络工作，提高客服的住宅感受；负责公寓的催租及水电催缴。
2、收集客户信息妥善处理客户不满及意见处理好客户的投诉根据实际情况认真耐心的做好解释最大限度的降低客户的投诉。
4、负责安排运维专员的日常工作。
5、负责安排接待客人的来访和投诉。
6、负责处理与物业、房东、邻居间的纠纷。
7、负责处理售后部一切突发事件。

招募要求：
1、大专以上学历，管理类专业、物业管理或酒店管理相关专业，持有物业管理经理人上岗证优先；
2、英语4级以上，沟通无障碍。
3、从事相关售后部工作3年工作经验，具备优秀的客户处理技巧和经验。
4、熟练使用office办公软件。
