职位描述：
Architect/ Architectural Engineer

The candidates must have a proven track of accomplishment in designing and delivering projects across modular prefabrication, exhibition architecture or furniture manufacture sectors. Experience of working in China and/or with projects in China is a major plus.

Your tasks will include:
Project work:
? implementation of a range of design and engineering solutions, with original thinking and questioning of current trends
? content and design development of complex projects
? development of integrated, multidisciplinary strategies
? working in an interdisciplinary project team: modular prefabricated engineering and production, exhibition and furniture design

What we expect from you:
? at least three years’ professional experience in an interior architecture, modular prefabrication, exhibition architecture or furniture manufacture context
? your own statement approach to design and content
? open-minded, interdisciplinary thinking
? independent, reliable, structured work approach and excellent team skills
? confident manner and strong communication and argumentation abilities, both spoken and written
? good oral and written communication-level standard of English (Chinese is a plus)
? confident in all the latest software programs (especially AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe CS)
? great enthusiasm for finding new solutions and implementing them into the office structure
? experimental
? able to put ideas into action
? good communication skills via the client and the team
? ability to focus on what is most relevant

任职资格：
? 至少3年室内设计，模块建筑，展览展示施工技术，或家具设计技术等相关技术工作经验，有完整项目实施经验着优先
? 对施工工艺及制作技术有浓厚兴趣，并有意向在工程技术领域长期发展
? 开放，跨行业，跨领域思维
? 独立，尽职尽责，认同模块建筑理念，具备优秀的团队合作意识
? 喜欢交流与研讨，能逻辑清晰地表达意见
? 英语口语和书面能力优秀
? 软件熟练掌握（特别是AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and Adobe CS）
? 有毅力，能不厌其烦的深入思考技术难题。良好的施工节点及工艺分析能力，并乐此不疲
