职位描述
Job Function:
- Responsible for the quotation purchase requisition / purchase order generation;
- To keep track of all open purchase requisitions;
- Responsible for generating the purchase order upon internal approval;
- Ensure that the approval of the purchase requisition is in accordance to Company procurement policy;
- Responsible for time keeping / expediting so that all necessary approval / documentation are routed within the time frame needed to complete the purchase;
- To educate the suppliers on the Company's purchasing process;
- To keep informed of the purchasing needs and requirements of business departments;
- To maintain a database of suppliers; to keep informed of market price trends; responsible for providing information to management / end users on the suppliers and the availability of goods and services in the market;
- To evaluate the suppliers' qualifications & compare the quote;
- Other jobs assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Skills & Knowledge:
- University degree or above, majoring in Logistics or related;
- Minimum two year experience in logistic service or freight forwarding, understanding the transportation of ISO Tank is a plus;
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing, CET-6 or above;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, independent and team player;
- Experience in ISO maintenance will be preferred.
