Job Requirements:
Formal Education and Training:
1、Above bachelor degree in Information Systems /Computer Science/ Business Information systems.
2、ERP/SAP academy training, with SAP global consulting certification preferred.
3、Commercial Website academy training, with Linux, MySQL, PHP, HTML certification preferred.
4、Ideally with additional qualification (practical training, business administration, PMP, MBA in Engineering or Project management, other engineering degree...)
Occupational Experience
1、At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT and business process consulting together with program and project management.
2、Expertise in both IT infrastructure management and application consulting, especially with Website, ERP experience.
3、Broad knowledge of process optimization, solution development and customer management. Experience in functional and/or personnel leadership and staff motivation.
4、Multinational company working background with oversea training and working experience.
Major Duties：
1、Direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications, global commercial website and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives.
2、Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure the computer capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives.
3、Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements.
4、Interact with company managers on internal and external operations that are impacted by the capture, storage, processing and dissemination of information.
5、Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
6、Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
7、Assess new computing technologies to determine potential value for the company.
8、Oversee ongoing improvements and the feasibility of system enhancements.
9、Establish company infrastructure to support and guide individual divisions/departments/sites in computing and information technology efforts.
