职位描述：
The Lead Solution Architect is a senior technical role supporting the Account Team by representing Unisys services and stakeholders to ensure end to end solution development to successfully implement client business requirements. The Lead Solution Architecture role is responsible for providing:
? thought leadership
? client consultation
? design and technical governance activities
? ensure the successful delivery of technical outcomes
? assist in the creation of best practice standards for technology systems
In this role it is expected that the Lead Solutions Architect will build and foster relationships with clients with the goal of being a trusted advisor to our clients.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate extensive ICT industry knowledge in a number of key technology areas as well as the technical integration of systems and services at the enterprise level. This includes the ability to:
? Advise, analyze, research, design, and guide the install and implementimplementation of complex integrated solutions for an entire enterprise. Interfaces extensively with the client’s senior management team (e.g., the IT Directors) on business, systems architectural, and technical issues.
? Provides mentoring and team leadership and integrates complex solutions into new or existing client environments.
? Uses diagnostic, analytical and design capabilities to ensures the best solution is provided to the customer
? Demonstrate the ability to work within an architectural framework and expertise with risk based design principals.
? Ability to work in a team environment, show techncial leadership and provide overarching techncial governance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIES:
? Provide solutions leadership for projects and business opportunities
? Analyse and advise the client on business and technical elements for solution excellence
? Provide architectural design and thought leadership
? Delivery of detailed architecture documentation and artefacts to support a project or business opportunity
? Work collaboratively with client and Unisys technical staff
? Present complex ideas and concepts to clients with variable levels of technical knowledge
? Plan and manage solution and technical activities including deployment pilots, transition planning and proof of concept testing
? Manage and advise technical staff through deployment and handover to operational management.
? Ability to work within Architectural and Government regulatory frameworks like Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM)
? Work to schedules and within billable engagements.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work to create and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust
? Able to work as a member of a project team.
? Identify potential improvements and new services opportunities.
? Time Management skills

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Skills and/or knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:
? Business acumen
? Expertise in the design, development and deployment of Service Management Architecture
? Expertise in the design, development and deployment of ITSMaaS (ITSM as a service)
? Knowledge of ITIL v3
? Working with Government Regulations
? Knowledge of Architectural Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc)
? Ability to write and converse in Mandarin and English
? Strong technical writing skills
? Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
? 15+ years experience within the ICT industry
? 5+ years experience architecture and design
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
? TOGAF certified or equivalent experience 举报 分享
