Position: Account Manager & Senior Product Specialist.
Location: Shanghai.
Responsibility:
Fulfill the sales target of Renal & TTG business in appointed market, build and improve awareness of Cantel Medical by work with his/her direct supervisor and collogues.
1. Learn and master the detail information of Renal market, know clearly the trend of the industry, make the market budget.
2. Learn and master the product knowledge rapidly, especially new product and new technology; have a training for the sales team of distributors effectively.
3. Find and complete the clinic trial of new product or new technology, assist hospital to write and publish papers.
4. Building liquid relationship with the VIP customers, especially with the KOLs of Dialysis Quality Control Centers; organize launch meeting and workshop of new product; organize and attend some important academic conferences and invite proper Specialists to have lectures to expand the market of our products;
5. Research and analysis target market and competitors, make a proper product solution to complete sales target and support sales team of distributors.
6. Decompose sales target to distributors, administrate and direct distributors to complete sales target.
7. Develop new distributors in blank area and increase sales coverage.
Qualifications:
1. Graduates from college or university. Specialty in medical, nursing and medical device is preferred.
2. 5 years or above working experience in medical instruments sales, Experience in Renal is preferred.
3. Good command in communication, including oral and written skills.
4. Good study ability to master product knowledge to have a presentation.
5. Honest, hardworking, good service consciousness and service attitude.
6. Can take heavy working pressure and load; travel frequently.
7. Can use windows\office software with no problem.
8. Level 4 English license.

【任职资格】
1. 大学本科以上学历,医学、护理、医疗器械专业优先;
2. 5年以上的市场或销售工作经验,特别是对血液净化领域熟悉的优先
3. 较强的人际沟通能力;
4. 较强承受压力的能力,能够经常出差;
5. 学习能力强,能够快速掌握产品知识并可做产品演示;
6. 诚实,敬业,有良好的服务意识和服务态度;
7. 熟练操作windows\office软件;
8. 英语4级以上
