Work-related Skill / Competency 与工作相关的技能
- 相关专业专科以上学历，
- 5年以上相关工作经验，熟悉项目制作流程，材料使用运用，有连锁店铺经验者优先考虑；
- 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件；
- 具有较强的逻辑思维能力，了解细节，良好的沟通能力，
- 身体素质良好，有吃苦耐劳精神
- 具有组织能力，团队合作精神
- 有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力
- 具有良好的服务意识和细节执行把控能力，善于处理各种突发状况

根据工作出现的频率列出工作职责
- 贯彻执行公司内部的政策，制定并执行合理有效的报价体系及内部成本控制制度；
- 建立项目材料数据库和收费标准；
- 审核每个项目的目标毛利率；
- 控制每个项目成本的支出和项目利润协调；
- 第一时间完成项目利润分析报告；
- 维护atom 良好形象，遵守atom 各项行为规范准则 举报 分享
