具体的职责描述:
Job Responsibilities
贯彻和执行公司的专业产品销售策略和政策。完成公司专业产品在本区域内下达的各项销售目标(销售额、利润率、经销商开发数量、质量等);
Implement and execute the company's sales strategies and policies. Achieve the sales target of all product lines within the area( sales and profit, distributor quantity and quality) ;
管理和开发经销商;推动和支持经销商完成销售目标;配合经销商进行竞、招、投标;
Develop and manage distributors; Support distributors to succeed in the match and bid, finally achieve the sales target
发现新的业务机会,培育开发本区域市场,获得项目信息;
Find new business opportunities, foster the markets and obtain project information;
市场竞争对手的信息获得,对公司专业产品在本区域内的销售前景进行分析,并建议应对策略;
Evaluate market and competitors situation; analyze the potential markets and propose the selling strategies.
对设计师、专家进行产品推荐,寻找和开发新项目;
Recommend the PRO products to designers and experts; explore new projects.
及时完成公司要求的各类业务报表,包括销售日、周、月报表、经销商开发进度表、项目管理表、销售产品预测表等
Prepare a variety of status reports to the schedule, including sales daily/monthly/distributor development/project management/products forecast reports
定期向公司反馈直接用户、经销商、行业专家对公司的合理要求(交货期、安装、调试质量、售后服务等)
Regularly collect the direct feedback from final users, distributors and industry experts to the company, as delivery date/installation/Testing quality/Customer service
上级主管安排的其它相关工作。
