职务：旅行社业务助理

我们是墨西哥最大的旅游经营公司，有超过20年的历史和3年的时间操作中国旅游市场。我们主要的业务是操作中国旅游团，在墨西哥接待中国游客。

职务说明:

管理责任：

1) 负责联系新的大客户，收集他们的报价申请和销售资料

2) 调研新市场发展

3) 每日办公行政上的协助，如：询价，报价，付款，投诉等事宜

4) 翻译：西翻中和中翻西

注意：以上只是职无说明，你需要能够接受新的事物并协助必要的支援

工作条件限制：

1） 母语为普通话

2） 观光科系相关，但不是最必要

3） 能配合上班的时间

4） 态度负责，热诚和团队工作

5） 备良好的西语沟通能力（能够做简单的翻译和与总公司联系）

6） 学习和工作支援意愿佳，主动积极是必要的

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible to communicate with new potential clients, collect their requirements and sales data.
2) Market research for new market segments development.
3) Administrative support for the daily office tasks which might include process of inquires, offers, payments, complains, etc.
4) Translation from English to Chinese and Chinese to English.
Important. The above responsibilities are just a description, you should be open to new tasks and willing to support when necessary.
Application Requirements:

1). Your first language must be CHINESE;
2). You are expected to have a bachelor degree preferred related to Tourism Area but not a must;
3). You are anticipated to have sufficient time to work;
4). We require you to be responsible, passionate and teamwork-oriented;
5). Good communication Spanish skills are required (for small translations and Head Office communication)
6) Willingness to learn and support, being proactive is a must!
