Overview of Job Description
The Programmatic Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Programmatic Analysts handling the strategic planning, placement and optimization of programmatic and exchange-based digital media.

Organization
? Reports to the Account Lead
? Closely interacts with Media Planning/Buying/Analysis/TP teams across agency business units and client stakeholders

Job Responsibilities
? Supervises Programmatic Analyst staff
? Coordinates programmatic media buys across the agency’s core digital media team
? Ensures campaigns are created and implemented to best achieve campaign performance and media efficiency goals
? Monitors campaign delivery against impression goals and Key Performance Indicators as established with the client
? Provides reporting, monitoring and optimization of campaigns to ensure performance benchmarks are met
? Serve as internal champions and knowledge base for programmatic digital media executions
? Works closely with analytics teams to identify key tactical insights and establish agency best practices for this growing space

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree
? Supervisor experience
? Strong experience in management of digital accounts with a focus on performance
? Must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns of varying size and objective simultaneously
? Must have the ability to understand and interpret strategy and execute this within the applicable platforms
? Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Background in RTB working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, trading desks, If non, digital agency/SEM account background acceptable too.
? Experience using Doubleclick/GDT/ZhuanZhan for Advertisers is a plus
