Summary:
Create Winning Seasonings through a blend of Science, Innovation and Culinary Arts. Convert Consumer Insights, Cuisine Trends and Project Briefs into consumer preferred Seasoning Solutions for our customers, their brands and their consumers.

Scope:
- Driving successful implementation & commercialization of IFF Innovation in Snack and Savory Applications.
- Working closely with cross functional teams Developing Cuisine Concepts with MKT Consumer Insight, Creating Seasonings through to presenting the Concepts and/or Propositions to the Customer in addition to successful supply chain commercialization.
- Regional and Global collaboration is a key success factor in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Creation/Project Management: 70%
? Execute Pipeline and Win Projects
? Create winning Seasoning Solutions for our customers by leveraging IFF Innovation, tapping into Regional and Global Resources to creatively convert Consumer Insights and Cuisine Trends into Best in Class Seasoning propositions
? Proactive in using new materials and Innovation
? Continues to prove commercial success through margin improvement and new wins
? Takes a strong lead to direct Innovation Technology development and implementation
? Promotes IFF capabilities within IFF and to our customers. Be a key team member to support Innovation Workshops. Demonstrate the advantage of our Innovative Systems in a variety applications and / or dishes.
? Assists both internally and externally to solve raw materials and manufacturing problems

- Strategy & Business Knowledge: 15%
? Interacts with R&D to guide and commercialize key technologies essential for new innovation both internally and externally.
? Interacts with all customers internal/external, domestic and international.
? Knowledge and understanding of regional taste differences and is able to apply to work appropriately, as well as advise others.
? Utilize IFF technology to deliver unique solutions to the marketplace

- Technical Knowledge, IFF tools & Talent Development: 15%
? Creates and executes training programs and willingness to be trained
? Potential to Mentor Seasoning Technologist Trainees
? Anticipate, investigate and resolve problems related to raw materials, flavor systems, finished prototypes and initial scale up procedures
? Proactive in new raw material evaluation and local sourcing
? Recognized and established technical expert within the company regionally, as well with customers
? Continues to expand own knowledge
? Proactively works with innovation
? Support and collaborate on development of IFF flavor training programs
? Fosters cross category collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years in seasoning, food or culinary field. Be familiar with the culinary approach to transfer dish concept to winning products. Culinary arts, food science, seasonings, food processing, flavor & ingredient knowledge related background.
 
- Academic:
Qualification/Background: Minimum entry level is a degree in Chemistry, Food Science, BSC Culinary, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system

- Preferred:
Culinary Knowledge or relevant experiences
Knowledge of food safety, raw materials, food regulations, sanitation and production processes 举报 分享
