职位描述：
1. Business Development

- Establish develop relationships with prospects (including enterprises and 3rd party channels)
- Develop AWB’s network by representing the company during exhibitions, conferences, events, meetings, etc.


2. Offer services , quote and sell

- Understand client needs; recommend and propose AWB solution
- Negotiate the terms of agreement and sign contracts ( we love this one!)


3. Service Level Assurance

- Perfectly understand all AWB programs and services,
- Support and advise other team members about any other quotation, project, program creation and / or update
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards


4. Key Account Management

- Introduce new programs to Client, and grow/ upsale the business by securing new projects
- Insure Client to renew yearly contracts and increase portfolio value for each account
