Job Duties:
Payroll & Labor cost
1. Monthly salary & allowance verification and delivery, cooperate for internal and external audit (if necessary);
2. Align with local government policies, which cover social security/housing fun, etc, ensure employees on time social benefits;
3. Responsible for personnel information report and update;
4. Adjust company's average monthly salary for last year, and social security base;
5. Severance pay calculation;
6. Declare of yearly income of 120KRMB;
7. General individual income tax management;
8. Cost control of outsourcing labors;
9. Prepare and calculate annual bonus and sales incentive; work with Finance for monthly salary cash amount;
10. Directly involved in annual payroll budget, as well as quarterly forecast 3+9/6+6/9+3 and annual financial audit;
11. HR Report: Quarter HR report; Monthly Labor cost report; etc.
12. Assist in renewal of Employer Liability insurance;
13. Apply for Comprehensive Working Hours approval;
14. Handle the work-related injury case and claim;
15. Onboard and Exit management of all staffs; dispatch Labor contract management; risk control of social security/commercial insurance management/calculation and management of compensation and benefits;
16. HR contact of staffs' conpensation & benefits enquirey;
17. Accual yearly bonus and sales incentive;
18. Manage compensation & benefirs survey supplies, local labor outsouring supplier, for the sake of cost control;
19. Draft annual salary review, work with HRD for implementing Salary Review policy; prepare New Salary Communication Letter;

Compensation & Benefits Project
1. Work with supplier for salary review report; To ensure company's salary and benefits competitiveness, based on annual salary and benefits survey and follow-up;
2. Keep close to national and local law and regulations, for proposing suggestion and optimizing internal management process and policy;

Expatriate Staff Managementt & Mobility Coordinator
1. Responsible for expatriate contract management, employment permit, application and renewal of working visa;


Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree, 4 years+ working experience in payroll & compensation;
Detailed-oriented, patient, work under pressure, data-sensitive and good ability to analyze;
Collaborate with other colleagues in HR Department, for sakes of professional, accuracy and punctuality of HR service;
