职位描述：
岗位职责：
1协助部门经理完成日常工作的协调工作；
2、负责运营部的各类费用的申请和报销工作；
3、负责部门日常工作中的文件和资料的处理（含：文件的汇总、整理和归档）；
4、协助部门经理处理项目现场的日常工作协调；
5、部门经理安排的其他临时性工作。

二、任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历，工程管理、项目管理类或理工类相关专业；
2、 一年及以上类似运营助理工作经验；
3、 有基本的英语读写能力；
5、 年龄：30岁以下；
6、 技能要求：会基本的办公软件（如：word，excel，PPT等）、会使用基本AUTOCAD；
7、 工作能力：良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作积极主动、细致、责任心强，善于学习与创新，具有上进心和敬业精神，能适应不定期的出差（项目现场）
