POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of Assistant operation Manager, this position will deal with process, testing and equipment issue.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Prepare processes for new products/projects.
2.Support final assembly area in production for equipment and process issues.
3.Process control management, Process-PMEA,WI,capability studies, SPC…
4.Identify and run improvements such as quality and efficiency. Continuous improvements.
5.Support R&D for design/process issues
6.Work with production layouts, line balance
7.Give PE technical support

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.Thick film circuit
2.Final assembly of electronic modules
3.Laser trimming
4.Wire bonding/welding
5.Electron major degree
6.Minium 7 years experience within the electronic production. Has 2 years in supervisor position.
7.Experience in production engineering and final assembly processes
8.Experience in process engineer management
9.Strong technical skills in electron.
10.Good interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization
11.Good management skills, able to run projects and work with other department
12.Fluent English
