Title: Logistics Specialist
Dept.: Logistics

Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):
- Prepare invoices, packing list, shipping documents and make sure that orders have been filled correctly;
- Arrange forwarder to pick up our product orders from factories;
- Check and validate vendors & carriers' shipping document;
- Prepare invoices and furnish information about shipments to other parts of the company, such as the accounting department;
- Prepare monthly statistic shipping report;
- Communicate between vendors and forwarder/carriers.

Minimum Requirements:
i. University or college graduate,major in Logistics Management/Supply chain Management/International Trade or related disciplines.
ii. At least 3 yrs of experience in logistics operation, be familiar with international transportation and customs policy.
iii. Fluent in English and Mandarin, good computer/Microsoft knowledge.
iv. Good communication skills, team spirit, well organized work methodology, and able to act fast and efficiently.
