Manager - Brand Licensing
Positions Available
1 position based in Shanghai office
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Champion for product development, manufacturing, packaging, marketing and distribution in China
2. Develop presentation materials for pitching potential licensees
3. Identify and pitch potential licensees
4. Draft term sheets subject to managements approval and negotiate and close licensees
5. Work with licensees to develop or enhance existing distribution and retail channels
6. Monitor licensee performance and manage all approvals for product, positioning, packaging, and marketing activities
7. Take lead as China industry representative for the Brands, actively participating in industry organizations, relevant tradeshows and PR initiatives as Brand Manager for the Brands in China
8. Manage closed licenses in line with Brands’ objectives
Education
University Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or brand management related fields. Chinese overseas graduates welcomed.
Age 28 - 40
Working Experience
1. Min 3-year working experience in marketing, brand management and related field, working experience in MNC preferred
Language Skills
o Fluency in English (written) is ESSENTIAL!
o Strong writing skill in Chinese are ESSENTIAL!

1. Able to handle challenges and pressure
2. Fast learner and highly adaptable
3. Creative and fun
4. Good interpersonal skills and networking skills
5. Team player
