Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):
- Ensure the production will be delivered on time.
- Ensure the lot of products must conform the following:
a. Artwork to be printed as per the approved one;
b. Product to be manufactured as per the approved specification;
c. Product to be packaged in approved box and carton.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to compose product labels in accordance with customers' labeling requirements;
- Responsible to track records for received and delivered samples, including samples from customers and suppliers;
- ERP data entry and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably in medical products;
2. Ability to forge relationships both internally within company and externally with suppliers;
3. Working experiences and knowledge of graphic and packaging design (printing, construction and design), proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw or other graphics software;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and ability of learning, can work independently;
5. Self-motivator, result driving, team-player & can-do attitude;
6. Ability to manage workload across different time zones;
7. Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Mandarin is essential.
