职位描述：
? Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
? At least 8 years SAP experience
? At least 3 years IT Project Management experience
? At least 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
? Rich SAP functional and technical experience in consulting, implementation and operational support
? Proven record in managing and delivering the Process IT services to named industry customers
? Proven record in managing IT development project transition and transformation
? PMP certificate or equivalent qualification
? Familiar with ITPM and ITIL methodology and its implementation
? Better to have excellent knowledge and experience with BBA SAP operation, change requests and projects development
? Effective Global & China local business & IT team collaboration. Fluent English communication skill and capable to support global working module, German is a plus
? Experience of managing large scale programs with parallel multiple projects on multiple systems
? Solid internal Quality Assurance process, tools, and deliverables to ensure the quality of project deliverables
? Strong performance management and people management skills
? Requires providing leadership in optimizing relevant business processes, improving application support capabilities, defining prevention strategies and delivering optimized technical solutions to improve overall business outcomes
Influence
? Has a high degree of autonomy in developing the conceptual and strategic objectives and approach to major application support initiatives
? Required to effectively communicate at the highest technical level with all technical staff and to the customer program managers and influence external industry specialists
? Provides clear direction and guidance to other technical specialists, project managers and others for achievements of business outcomes
Accountability
? Support and manage the daily operational work for SAP applications assigned to the supplier team
? Lead, coordinate and manage the supplier resources across onsite and offsite teams to deliver the services in an effective way and continuously improve
? Responsible for tracking and measuring the performance status and driving improvement plans to meet and / or exceed the BBA’s expectations
? Work with BBA project manager to design the service models, optimize the service processes, plan the capacity, and design the service offerings
? Responsible for training and coaching the other team members in fulfilling their tasks
