Requirements: 

- Receive forecasts from customers, then work with vendors to ensure they understand these forecasts, and have production plans in place to deliver against these forecasts, so as to ensure 100% OTIFEF deliveries. 

- Analyse weekly sales and stock information from customers and communicate with them any changes to forecasts going forward 

- Work with vendors to use forecasts to take costs out of their supply chain - CPR for the company; 

- To educate vendors on company supply chain principles as well as definition of LRD and OTIF. To further help vendors take costs/inefficiencies out of their supply chain. 

- To work with merchandising team to ensure the company continue to source new vendors that are able to support our growth plan. 

- To ensure regular operational review meetings take place with key vendors, particularly poor performers. 

- Develop close working relationship with OPCO supply chain teams. 

- To work closely with sourcing and QA teams to minimize chance of delay shipments 

- Ensure all CPAs are managed and delivered OTIFEF, working with both the OPCO SC teams and sourcing and QA teams. 

- Regular vendor visits to ensure production plans are in place and being adhered to, particularly for key seasonal projects and large range reviews. 

Requirements: 

- At least 3 years supply chain management experience, preferably in import-export supply chains; 

- University graduate with bachelor degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business studies; 

- Production/manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage; 

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills 

- Highly numerate and PC literate 

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

- Fluent, both written and verbally, in English. French and German is a definite advantage 

- Out-going, willing to co-operate and a team player; attention to detail; Decisive and a solution oriented approach
