Main Responsibilities:


Educate and monitor the factory to perform self-inspection based on KSO's requirement
Educate IA for on site performance improvement
Work with QA team for PS/DCL enhancement
Establish the capacity analysis system with vendor/sc team to control the shipment lead-time
Outline the production flow and establish the quality control plan with the factory based on PFMEA and CPK.



Job Requirements:


Min. 3 years of experiences on product quality control.
Good understanding of legal, testing and technical requirements for products in EU/UK market
Good understanding on final inspection process
Preferably have the knowledge of process control such PFMEA, CPK etc.
Degree level in Engineering.
EN standard
Good command of English and mandarin, both spoken and written.
Decisive, analytical, self-motivated, organized, methodical and excellent communication skills.
20% to SZ office , 80 % in factories
Ability to work under pressure
