7.良好的抗压能力和环境适应能力。
Job Description:
Key Job Responsibilities:
1.To develop commercially viable conferences based on in-depth market research
2.To generate new topic ideas and to help stimulate growth in the markets
3.To support the Production Team Leader in topic validation to identify the most pressing issues in the marketplace and finding the commercial angle
4.To work closely and develop excellent relationships with Marketing, Operations and Sales teams - taking a lead where necessary
5.To pre-empt issues in the conference development cycle or booking pattern and to find solutions
6.To carry out comprehensive research into the relevant market and topic
7.To write promotionally-led programme and sales copy that are in the language of the market
8.To acquire top level speakers as defined during the research phase, and recommended by the editorial team (and awards research where relevant)
9.To always work within the timelines and deadlines specified
10.To manage the conference on the day to ensure the most successful event possible
11.To carry out post-conference administration
12.To input into the strategy for annual events to maximize revenue
Key Skills Required:

2.Strong verbal communication skills for telephone research
3.Excellent written communication skills for copy writing
4.A good and active listener
5.The ability to sell an original idea to senior managers
6.Strong time management skills-able to work to tight deadlines
7.Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative flair
8.High degree of interest in current business issues and industry trends
9.Excellent project management skills
10.A pro-active and tenacious personality
11.Ability to translate key business issues into profit-focused, commercially-viable conferences
12.Service-oriented and able to take a consultative approach
