Responsibilities:

* Maintaining calibration schedule, project budget and progress reports to the client.

* Maintains technical oversight of all calibration and quality activities within assigned regions/accounts * Manages internal audit requirements and any resulting internal/external corrective actions within assigned regions/accounts

* Drives growth in revenue and margins of assigned regions/accounts through active sales account management activities such as writing and presenting proposals for new business expansions and negotiating renewals

* Builds and maintains relationships with customers in order to maximize sales, profitability, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

* Manages financial budgets and performance (including revenue, expenses, and profit)

* Perform non-conformance and deviation investigations

* Liaising with approved equipment, instrument and standards suppliers to procure the necessary orders to fulfil client requests.

* Prepare necessary calibration procedures to meet regulatory, ISO and manufacturer requirements.

* Train calibration staff on calibration procedures and ensure calibration staff training files are complete.

* Ensuring proper safety practices are followed by PSC calibration staff; and ensure adequate safety equipment is available for PSC calibration staff.



Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in technical, engineering or business or related field plus at least five years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Experience with Kaye and particle monitoring a bonus
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
* Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
* Excellent administration skills
* Written and spoken English communication skills a bonus
* Good eye for detail
* Well presented
* Team player
