Job Description:

1. Manage all communications (phone, email, meetings) and activities related to assigned customers.

2. First contact for Customer Helpdesk requests for assigned customers. Responsible for initial information gathering, assigning tasks to the technical group, tracking escalation and closure for all requests.

3. Scheduling Maintenance visits and other pre-planned assigned contract customer requirements.

4. Preparation and issue of estimates for Customer purchase of equipment and software.

5. Preparation and negotiation of renewal contracts on an annual basis for existing customers

6. Updating records and creating orders in the accounting system for assigned customers.

7. Prepare monthly reports on behalf of Senior CS Representative.

8. Administration (add, delete, adjust user accounts) for own customers with Email Contracts.

9. Assist Sales department during handover of new contract customers
