职位描述：
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
. Lead development of yearly business plan and annual sales and marketing plan for Wuhan and related area for sales via distributors.
. Deliver annual business plan results from distributor sales against agreed KPIs for Wuhan and related area of Foodservice business.
. Develop a distributor strategy that is consistent with target channels and geographies, and ensure its consistent execution at regional level.
. Lead area development of distributor-based channel strategy for China Foodservice.
. Develop and maintain strong relations with key customers and distributor partners.
. Lead demand creation activities through the development and execution of effective promotional and technical support programmes.
. Lead sales staff training and development for regional sales team, building a high-performing culture.
. Ensure staff have the necessary tools (product/financial) to meet their plan targets.
. Lead innovation execution (sales) for the region.

QUALIFICATIONS
. Bachelor degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors;
. At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG related senior sales, channel or business management role, preferably B2B;
. Further 3 years minimum accounts sales experience. 举报 分享
